House rules and regulations

  1. Check-in time from 14:00 hours to 18:00 hours, check-out time by 10:00 hours.
  2. No pets allowed.
  3. Early check-in or late check-out is strictly subject to availability.
  4. Guest is requested not to assign any duties to the house keeping staff after 18:00 pm to 08:00 am.
  5. Turn off all the lights, gas and other unutilized electric devices at night when sleeping or when you’re out of the cottage.
  6. The guests are obligated to maintain peace and tranquility during their stay.
  7. Guests should not tamper with any faulty fixture or fittings and report malfunctions immediately to the room steward.
  8. Guest will be informed of the utilization of all the objects, inventory and appliances in the suite.
    In case of any damage or disappearance of any object or appliances from the apartment, the guest must, immediately, inform the management and pay the value of the damaged goods.
  9. The cottage reserves the right of entrance in case of special circumstances, to enter into the suite as a non-resident, in order to prevent unpredictable dangers that might harm people staying in the cottage. Also note that your guest is not allowed to sleep in the cottage.
  10. It’s forbidden to bring weapons, illegal substances or any other type of dangerous object into the suite.
  11. Turn off the appliances and the ceiling fun wherever leaving the suite for other businesses.
  12. The guest is responsible for taking care of his/her personal belongings in case of any loss incurred the cottage won’t be liable.
  13. House keys will be left at the reception in case of the guest going out of the cottage
  14. Loud music or any noise is not allowed after 10 pm as per the cottage rules
  15. Help us to save our environment and conserve water; we do not support excess waste. Hence we don’t misuse the linen and towels.
  16. The management is not responsible if the guest indulges in any illegal activities.
  17. Ensure the room and house doors are closed when outside.
  18. Each house will have a safe box to store valuable items like money and jewelry, so the administration will not be liable in case of lost items.
  19. Linen will be changed after every 2 days.
    • Check list with all house items will be provided for each guest on arrival and departure for them to confirm and sign.
      CANCELLATION POLICY
  20. 30 days prior to check in full advance will be returned
  21. 15 days prior to check in, 50% of the advance will be returned
  22. Within 15 days of check in no refund
